Bland H. O’Connor
Bland O'Connor, CPA, CAE is the President of P&N Association Management and a Director with Postlethwaite & Netterville. Prior to joining the Firm, Bland served as an officer in the United States Army for nine years in the fields of logistics and operations research/systems analysis and with the consulting division of Arthur Andersen & Co. as an information systems consultant.
Bland's current scope of practice is Association Management, although he does accept an occasional arbitration appointment. His past scope of practice at Postlethwaite and Netterville has included organizational and operational efficiency; information systems consulting; strategic and operational planning; and dispute resolution.
