Robin E. Pilcher
Robin E. Pilcher, CISA is a Director in P&N Consulting, Postlethwaite & Netterville’s consulting division, concentrating in information technology issues. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Robin served as Controller of a multi-location restaurant throughout Louisiana.
Robin consults with clients in various industries, including financial institutions, food service, chemical manufacturing, not-for-profit, and medical service to evaluate and refine information technology needs, by identifying software and computer limitations, analyzing policies and procedures, training staff on new products and assisting with data migration and integration.
Additionally, he advises clients in areas of application of accounting principles, internal control strengths and weaknesses, business processes and improving operating efficiency.
Robin focuses on system analysis, software selection, conversion management, custom programming and training in various microcomputer and network related areas. Robin has lectured before numerous civic and business groups, and to professional accounting seminars and meetings, including the Louisiana CPA Technology Conference, Business & Industry Conference, Accounting & Auditing Conference, and Louisiana Finance Association.
As a member of the P&N Financial Institutions Group, he serves as the liaison with the regulators regarding current trends and requirements for information systems. He leads the team that provides information systems reviews for financial institutions. Robin has assisted in the information systems training for regulators. Additionally, he is currently involved in providing SAS 70 reviews for several clients.
