Richard Latiolais
Richard Latiolais, CPA is an Associate Director in the Postlethwaite & Netterville Tax Services Group. He joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Richard was a general partner with Veazey and Company, LLP.
Richard concentrates in the areas of corporate taxation and business transactions. His clients include a wide array of organizational structures, such as corporations (including S corporations), partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, not-for-profits, and individuals.
Richard has extensive experience in tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, working with clients in such industries as oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield services, healthcare, food services, retail, construction, and manufacturing. In addition, he has assisted in the preparation of audits, reviews, and compilations and various other client services.
