Clinton McGrath
Clinton N. McGrath, CPA, JD, LLM is an Associate Director with Postlethwaite & Netterville’s Tax Services Group. Prior to joining P&N, Clint worked as a Senior Manager with a Big Four firm.
Clinton has significant experience in the areas of corporate taxation, financial services industry taxation, mergers & acquisitions, tax due diligence, accounting for income taxes, partnerships, and general domestic and international business tax consulting and planning. He has worked extensively with a broad range of clients within the financial services industry, including insurance companies, banks, asset managers, and investment partnerships/funds. He also serves clients in the oil and gas industry.
