Stephen Mehaffey
Stephen Mehaffey, CPA, JD is an Associate Director in P&N's tax practice. He has over 20 years of accounting experience and a wealth of experience in association and insured benefits.
Stephen's experience includes financial planning, estate planning, and tax planning, with an emphasis in employee benefits. He has worked in all aspects of employee benefits accounting, including plan design, implementation, administration, and termination, 403(b) plans, 457 plans, ESOPs, Davis-Bacon and Taft Hartley plans, health plan compliance (including HIPAA and COBRA), executive compensation and voluntary correction programs.
Stephen is qualified as an expert witness on reasonable compensation and has worked on several litigation support engagements.
