Gail Pittman
Gail Pittman, CPA, is an Associate Director in the Postlethwaite & Netterville Tax Services Group. Gail joined the firm in 1979.
Gail’s areas of practice include general corporate and individual tax consulting and preparation. Her specialty areas are corporate returns for consolidated and affiliated groups and multi-state corporate returns. She has gained considerable experience in the area of multi-state income and franchise taxes and is often asked to research and consult with clients on these issues. Gail has also spent a significant amount of time with clients involved in the construction and insurance industries and has developed a knowledge base of the special tax issues associated with this line of business.
She has assisted clients in structuring/restructuring business ventures in appropriate legal entities. Her primary work in this area has been to develop financial projections and models, as well as to analyze any state income and franchise tax implications relevant to the decision making process.
