Postlethwaite & Netterville, APAC (P&N), a leading CPA and consulting firm, is pleased to announce Kyle Mason has joined P&N as a Director of Business Development, Class Action Services in the firm’s Consulting service line based in Baton Rouge. Since 1999, P&N has processed billions of dollars in settlement claims, across a wide spectrum of practice areas including antitrust, product liability, environmental, labor and employment and others.

With over a decade of legal consulting experience, Kyle will be a key addition to the firm’s class action and mass tort settlement administration team. Prior to joining P&N, Kyle held an executive leadership role for a nationally-recognized class action and mass tort settlement administration company, cultivating relationships with class action clients. Kyle will add a particular depth of knowledge in antitrust, mass tort and consumer (e.g. TCPA, data breach/privacy and finance) practice areas.

Throughout Kyle’s career, he has always looked to develop solutions to clients’ challenges. Prior to his claims administration experience, Kyle helped develop a proprietary software program designed to assist clients review medical records more efficiently. In his new role, Kyle will consult and advise clients on all aspects of class action and mass tort settlement administration. “Kyle’s passion for innovation fits well with our focus on providing concise and well-organized settlement administration and we are excited to have him on the team,” Mark Staley, Director and Service Line Leader for the Consulting Services Group.
