Adam Babin is a Manager in the P&N Consulting Department. He joined the firm in 2012, now having over 9 years of Project Management experience in areas including financial and data analysis, as well as software development and quality assurance testing.Upon joining the firm, Adam focused on providing project management, financial analysis, and quality assurance to the Deepwater Horizon Court-Supervised Settlement Program, the largest class action in U.S. history, with over 150,000 claims. His knowledge of the settlement’s policies and procedures of the claims calculations enabled Adam to be an effective training resource for new and existing employees in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans locations. Since then, he has continued to expand his knowledge through experiences on projects. He has led teams in accomplishing project goals and strategic objectives while learning new processes, policies, and systems to provide quality services tailored to each client. Throughout this time, Adam has developed an abundance of professional relationships through a foundation of respect, effective communications, and critical thinking skills.
Adam's professional experience includes more than nine years of learning new processes, policies, and systems in order to provide quality services tailored to each client on behalf of P&N. Throughout his time with the firm, Adam has taken the opportunity to lead and participate in training of new team members, which has ensured the continued satisfaction of the clients through delivery of quality services.
