Amy McGimsey serves as P&N's Chief Operating Officer (COO). With more than 20 years of experience, Amy joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Amy had extensive operational and administrative management experience in the financial services industry as well as with a consulting firm related to a large government contract.
Amy is a key member of P&N's leadership team. She oversees the operational responsibilities of the firm across all offices, including marketing, human resources, information technology, firm accounting and administration. She is also actively involved in strategic planning efforts and oversees the development and execution of strategic goals in an effort to drive results related to firm initiatives and operations.
Amy works closely with the CEO to monitor progress towards goal achievement and provides periodic updates to firm leaders on firm operations. She also collaborates with our firm leaders frequently to support our practice area needs, identify process improvements, and ensure that we are appropriately managing and addressing the firm’s risk areas.
