Ann Hilzim, PMP, is an Associate Director in the P&N Consulting Services Group and leads the Change Management team. She joined the firm in 2012.
Ann has extensive experience in project management, change management, training, and communications, including developing project and communication strategies around program change and developing and delivering training for large programs of 300 to 800+ team members. She has managed the external communications between team members and program applicants. Ann has also created processes and procedures to ensure compliance with settlement agreement and grant management regulations.
