Brad has led several complex cases from notice to claims process to distribution, incorporating detailed audits and claim calculations to deliver accurate awards to claimants and class members. Brad participates in working groups for the continued improvement of internal procedures and practices for the Settlement Funds group. Brad has also supported the Project Management team and Application Development team with quality assurance and user acceptance testing, as well developing documentation, policies and procedures.
