Caitlin Lacher serves as P&N's Client Experience Director. She joined the firm in 2009.
Caitlin focuses in the areas of client retention, satisfaction, and engagement. She works closely with firm leadership to design and implement processes that strengthen client relationships and deliver value to clients.
Caitlin also has thirteen years of experience in various marketing and growth-focused roles with the firm, with a focus on business development support. This experience includes sales pipeline administration and reporting, niche project management, and proposal support.
