Hannah Kimbrough, MBA, is a Manager on the Change Management Team in the P&N Consulting Services Group. Hannah has extensive experience in program management, change management, policy and procedure development, marketing and communications in large-scale community development initiatives. In her most recent experience, Hannah served as the Program Manager for Florida's state-administered Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funded by the U.S. Treasury. She collaborated and oversaw contractual obligations for the turn-key program services inclusive of seven functional areas: call center; marketing, communications and outreach; eligibility strike team; quality review (pre-payment); financial management and benefits distribution; project integrity and quality review (post payment); and technology solutions.Prior to ERAP, Hannah was a senior project manager who served in various roles within the Project Management Office for both the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program and Rebuild Florida Housing Repair and Replacement Program. The programs were state-wide long term recovery efforts funded by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Programs. Hannah developed and managed compliance with program policies and provided oversight functions related to policies and procedures development while coordinating with programmatic functional areas to train, create job aids and develop standard operating procedures to support overall program structure.
Hannah has over 10 years of management and disaster recovery experience, including program management, change management, policy and procedure development, training, marketing, and communications. Her focus on stakeholder collaboration and operational efficiencies positions initiatives to achieve successful results for staff and clients.
