Ingrid Glodd, CPA, is an Associate Director in the P&N Accounting and Assurance Services Group. She joined the firm in 2003.
Ingrid has spent the last 22 years highly focused on providing audit and accounting services for clients in the healthcare industry. She has worked on the Louisiana Department of Health’s (LDH) long-term care contract focused on auditing the Medicare/Medicaid cost reports of long-term care providers in the state. As an auditor, she has planned and directed engagements, prepared work papers, communicated the results of the engagement to management, and provided on-the-job training to staff auditors. In her current role, she is focused on reviewing audit work papers, preparing reports, providing assistance in updating audit and desk review programs, developing training materials, and assisting staff with technical questions.
Ingrid began her career as a regulatory auditor for Louisiana State Police's (LSP) Casino Gaming Enforcement Division (Gaming Division). She evaluated operational processes and procedures for casino gaming within the state to ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations. As a member of the Gaming Division's New Games and Equipment team, she assessed the potential impact the installation of new games in casinos would have on regulations. In this capacity, she acted as liaison between the casino gaming industry and the Gaming Division, developed appropriate regulations, reviewed the casino's internal controls, and developed audit program steps to test the internal controls for new games and equipment.
