Karen Penhallegon, CAPM, is an Associate Director with the P&N Consulting Services Group. She joined the firm in 2009.
With over 8 years of public accounting experience, Karen assists clients with integrating their technology, people, and processes to maximize efficiency while also obtaining the analytical data they need to grow their business. She has worked with clients to develop and improve technology processes in all areas of their business, including accounting, human resources, and operations.
Karen works with clients to determine their software needs and select the optimum solution for their business. This includes assistance with requirements definition, RFP development, and vendor evaluation. In some cases, Karen completes the implementation of the selected accounting system, or coordinates and manages the implementation process with the selected vendor. Once a system is in place, she can help the client refine existing policies and processes, and develop business reporting to meet financial or analytical requirements.
