Katherine also served as a Senior Project Consultant on the DHECC project and helped manage an enterprise claims system implementation by aligning business goals with technology solutions. Katherine was responsible for providing organizational expertise on project features while effectively providing feedback to key stakeholders throughout the project. In this role, Katherine worked with team members to determine functionalities needed by the business users which was critical in designing deliverables for UAT that would easily translate to real-world situations.
