Katherine Nesser


Katherine Nesser is a Manager in the P&N Consulting Services Group. She joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine gained experience at a Management Consulting Firm. In her most recent experience, Katherine served as a Project Manager for a nationally recognized federally funded grant program for disaster management. P&N served as the program administrator for the state's Main Street Recovery Program (MSRP), where Katherine handled change management, training, and staffing for MSRP. Katherine recently served as a project leader for Fulton County ERAP to provide full project management in Fulton County, Georgia. She also served a a project leader for the Texas Rent Relief Program (TRRP) where P&N worked closely with the State of Texas to provide rental and utility assistance to households impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Katherine has extensive experience in project management, change management, change control, application testing and training, talent development, recruiting and marketing. Her focus on quality and timely services positions clients for success during business transitions and growth.
