Madalene Covington, CPA, CIA, is a Manager in the P&N Consulting Department, beginning her career with P&N in 2012. Madalene has extensive experience in conducting and managing internal controls based projects including outsourced and co-sourced internal audit engagements, operational and compliance audits, internal control assessments, SOC 1 and SOC 2 exams, SOC 1 and SOC 2 readiness assessments and agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagements.
Madalene serves clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, governmental and insurance.
