Robin A. Diana joined the firm as a Consulting Manager on the Change Management Team in the P&N Consulting Services Group. Robin brings extensive experience as a results-driven organizational leader, manager, and training specialist, in both private and public sectors.Prior to joining P&N in 2023, Robin recently served as a Training Specialist in Talent Management at a nationally recognized state workforce solutions company. She worked with clients to assess employee performance gaps and capability needs based on current and future competencies. She designed, developed, and delivered tailored professional training solutions for clients. As a former independent consultant, vice president of a training company, and academic and student affairs practitioner, she has facilitated numerous innovative training solutions, given keynote addresses, and presented on various topics at both the local and national level.Robin is trained on several organizational leadership topics including, but not limited to: Team Dynamics, Change Management, Performance Management, Effective Communication, Diversity and Inclusion, Conflict Management, Professionalism and Self-Representation, Strategic Planning, and Assessment and Evaluation.With a positive attitude and enthusiastic leadership approach, Robin looks forward to working in partnership with clients to create a culture of real-action, real-results, and real-change.
