Troy is an associate director at Postlethwaite & Netterville, where he is responsible for valuation and litigation support services for clients. The valuation services are primarily for estate and gift tax purposes, purchases and sales of businesses, and equitable distributions related to divorces. The litigation support services consist of estimating damages in employment litigation, various marital dissolution matters, and commercial actions. Mr. Rush has prepared and contributed to numerous business valuations and expert reports as they relate to the foregoing services.
