How we are structured
P&N refers to Postlethwaite & Netterville (A Professional Accounting Corporation) or one or more of its subsidiaries or affiliates, each of which is a separate legal entity. P&N is the brand under which Postlethwaite & Netterville (A Professional Accounting Corporation) and its affiliated or subsidiary entities (“P&N and its affiliates and subsidiaries”) operate and provide services to clients. P&N and its affiliates and subsidiaries are comprised of the following entities: Postlethwaite & Netterville (A Professional Accounting Corporation), Postlethwaite & Netterville and Associates, L.L.C., Postlethwaite & Netterville, Inc., P&N Technologies, LLC, and Professional Association Management, Inc. P&N is often used to refer either to an individual entity, affiliate, or subsidiary or to several or all of them collectively.
Collectively, P&N and its affiliates and subsidiaries are committed to working together to provide a broad range of high quality services to our clients. P&N and its affiliates and subsidiaries may use the P&N name and draw upon the resources and methodologies of the other entities of the brand. Outside of express authorization in writing, no entity comprising P&N and its affiliates and subsidiaries can obligate any other member and is only liable for its own acts or omissions.
