Richard Roberts
Richard Roberts, CPA is an Associate Director in the Postlethwaite & Netterville Tax Services Group. Richard joined the firm in 1989.
Richard concentrates in the areas of partnership and corporate taxation, as well as individual tax and estate planning. His clients include personal service corporations, law firms, manufacturing and construction companies, developers, medical practice groups, and other professional service providers.
Richard has extensive experience in corporate and individual taxation, business transactions, and financial and estate planning for high income professionals. He has done work in the areas of business entity selection, formation, operation, liquidation and reorganization of corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. He is also experienced in family business issues including transfer of business and non-business assets to children or other beneficiaries.
